My computer was reformatted just a while ago and so I have to install the driver for my webcam again. I've tried numerous drivers - from different sites that is - but the result is always the same. It starts up and everything's fine just until the second before it'd finish. I get the message that a file in the folder that it downloaded (.common files > PAC207 > PXIINST32 > Remover.exe) corrupted the program's internal state. I've tried uninstalling and resetting too but the cam wasn't listed in the My Computer list.
And not sure if this is any sign but when I plug my cam in it'd just glow as if it was working. It used to be like that only when it froze or something.
